In a new development, Talen Vision FC has indicated that former head coach, Kudzayi Mhandire remains part of the stable despite being suspended from his role.
The club has already named Saul Ndlovu as his replacement.
TV FC chairman, Elton Sinyosi said Mhandire remains a contracted employee and that both parties are engaged in ongoing discussions, following an internal incident that rocked the club last month.
Sinyosi said despite Mhandire being relieved of his coaching duties, the situation between the coach and the club has not finalised.
“Coach Mhandire still has a running contract with the club, and both parties are still in discussions regarding the issue,” said Sinyosi.
Sinyosi said they are aiming at steering the issue from the public eye toward a resolution that respects all individuals involved.
“Talen Vision is an institution built on professionalism and respect,” Sinyosi said. “Our primary focus is on internal stability and ensuring that all matters, including this one, are handled with the integrity and discretion that our players, staff, and supporters expect. We are confident in the path forward.”
The update suggests a de-escalation of the situation, with the club opting for diplomacy and internal resolution.
